2. What we collect and why
- Contact by email: if you write to us, we process your name, contact details and message content to reply to you (legal basis: legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operation of the Site.
The Site itself has no user accounts and does not sell personal data.
3. Third parties and transfers
Depending on how you contact us, your data is processed by: our email provider; and our hosting provider. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your IP address being sent to Google. If you follow affiliate or partner links (e.g. Tide), any data you provide there is governed by the partner's own privacy policy.
4. Retention
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete it.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, email info@madproductions.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
6. Children
The Site is intended for adults starting or running a business and is not directed at children.

În funcție de cum ne contactezi, datele tale sunt prelucrate de: furnizorul nostru de email; și furnizorul de găzduire. Fonturile se încarcă de la Google Fonts, ceea ce implică transmiterea adresei tale IP către Google. Dacă urmezi linkuri de afiliere sau partenere (ex. Tide), datele furnizate acolo sunt guvernate de politica de confidențialitate a partenerului.
